I prefer the Richmond ET and you get free cover at the titter next door with ET receipt if you're into that sort of stuff.

We were able to hit up ET on Gessner this past weekend. Was suggest by a friend to get the pork carnitas. very solid suggestion.

What is up with the liquid smoke? I stopped ordering fajitas from Pappasitos because the last time I did they tasted like liquid smoke. I thought they changed the recipe. Was done with them. About the same time period I ordered fajitas from the ET in Katy (before they burned it to the ground) and they also tasted like liquid smoke. I was thinking WTH is going on? Is this a new fad? Never went to ET again. They burned down 2 locations I believe.
Liquid smoke is terrible. The inventor should feel bad.
