Looks like plenty of garage parking options. If the rodeo doesn't have them blocked out for people working the parade or something

There are a lot of options to eat, the Parade committee goes to Birraporrettis afterwards, so stay away from there. The garage at 601 TRAVIS is a good parking spot with lots of food options right there.
