I think it was KPRC that had a segment the other night on wealthy Mexicans buying in West U (or other desirable hoods). They talked to a realtor with giant plastic lips who said she deals almost exclusively w/ Mexican buyers coming here for safety.

Capital has been fleeing Mexico since Obrador was elected. Even though the recent midterms were a huge win for him, I expect money to keep flowing north. Mexicans (as do most foreigners) love US real estate.
