Will change your life. Use to have at least one weekend each spring where I would have to lay inside and fill a trash can with tissue. Can stack with zyrtec / allegra to really knock allergies out

I had two sinus infections by April. Started using Flonase daily and haven't had a problem since.

I use the nettle everyday. Then when my allergies are really bad will throw in zyrtec or allegra.

It (nettle) works better than those (zyrtec) do for everyday use (for me anyway).

For itchy eyes try Pataday eye drops. They used to be prescription but are now otc. They are an antihistamine and a game changer

I found put about these a couple weeks ago. hasnt made a huge difference for me. but again this last month has been my worst eye allergies I have ever had

Does it help with itchy eyes? My eyes are a bigger problem than my inside sinuses. One in particular itches like crazy. I use the Pataday drops but really want to knock it out completely.

My eyes were always secondary to sinus, but in my experience they alleviated all my symptoms other than the occasional sneeze.
