I need a local tax appraisal dispute company. Any good recommendations for Aggie-owned companies, or Aggie grad who does the work? (I know there are many companies, but would love to do it with an Aggie company).

Anyone know if fees are pretty standard in the industry? Seems to be 40% of any savings, though I would assume there may be some alternative options out there.
