Houston Board - I recently purchased a house in Briargrove Park and wanted to get some help in determining what kind of shape the outdoor lighting and sprinkler system were in. Any recommendations?

I live in a neighborhood directly next to Briar grove park. I'm on the HOA Board and we use the following individual for all our sprinkler and lawn work. He is also good with electrical but he is not an electrician. He has a crew of 3 helpers so it is not just him. His name is miguel and his number is 832-371-3643. Highly recommend. He is fully insured.
