I'm a fan of B&B Butchers. On Washington between the Heights and Downtown.

Killens Heights has a pretty solid steak as well.

B&B's is good

Downtown:
Vic and Anthony's
Pappas (about to reopen)

If you want to stick to the Heights, I like Ritual. Maison Pucha (French/Latin) does some really cool stuff. They don't have a lot of steak choices buy the hanger steak and filet are both really good.

Will put another vote in for Ritual if you want something more casual than most fancy steakhouses. They do it on cast iron so it's got a really nice crust on it.

We got the happy hour ribeye from Maison Pucha that was better than whatever we had at B&B, but that's not saying much.

I had high hopes from B&B but was underwhelmed.
