I have someone staking claim to mineral interests that belong to me based on some crappy language in a property deed. I need someone to shut this down - likely in court.

Specifically seeking out a "really aggressive" lawyer is a good way to pay too much for not enough. Focus on finding a really competent (board certified is always a good indicator) lawyer with good references.
