These damn mother ****ers are relentless. I'm sick of having to fight them every ****ing year.

There's not a snowball's chance in hell I could sell the house for as much as they are valuing it.

Must be nice...they raised mine over 20%. Looks like another year of arguing with them. Half the problem is everyone on my street is too lazy to protest their values, so HCAD keeps using those over-inflated values against me even though there's no way in hell I could sell my house for what they are claiming, ad that was before the current coronovirus shut down. If anything, my value should be reduced now.
