I know a guy who lost all of his hair the day after his second shot. Seriously. From a full head of hair to bald.

HPV, Herpes, or flu vaccine?

I personally know of multiple people who have died within days after receiving their 2nd shot of covid vaccine. All were over age 65. When describing these as vaccine related deaths to a family member who is still using covid to try to scare and control others, the response is that they were coincidentally related and not causally related. I told him died with = died from. Covid porn people insist that's true. Or will he concede that's not true now? Conversation over.

My favorite is when they also try to claim that all excess deaths in 2020 are also COVID deaths. Using no proof or logic just the feels.

What's going to be interesting to see is whether or not there's a drop off of deaths in 2021 and 2022.

If died with covid must = died from covid, then died with vaccine must = died from vaccine.

Neither part of this is true. Died with definitely does not = died from. Covidiots are incapable of understanding this. But somehow they understand the concept when it comes to vaccines. That's the lunacy I am pointing out. I'm not antivax either. Understanding risk and make your own decision. There's no need to lie or misinform about reality.

Our local library is still closed because of COVID. They only allows people to select books online, and then a masked library employee brings the books outside to your car. Today, my wife asked if she could give the employee the books that she was returning. Nope! Employees aren't allowed to touch returned books. They have to go in the return bin and sit there for several days to decontaminate.

I thought there were less overall deaths in 2020 including Corvids.

Deaths were up, but we are also living in the most privileged time on earth. It's all relative. It was basically like living back in the 90s from a death rate standpoint. In fact, one could argue that modern medicine kept people alive to the point where it made covid worse than it otherwise would have been. We merely killed off mostly people that would have already been dead in previous times of humanity. Not to sound brash, but our own modern day advancement in science, which are supposed to allow for more freedoms, could be argued took away our freedoms. Wrap your mind around that.

Deaths were up, but it was mostly the vulnerable. Wait until you see the massive drop in death rates in 2021 and 2022 now that those folks have passed.

We're back to ~2005 levels of mortality, IIRC. In infamous Sweden, where they didn't close much of anything, they had zero excess mortality below 65.

There are exceptions, but this thing affected people that were on the margins health wise, and we've got more of those at nearly all ages here in the US.

Ever the optimist.
The number of cancer diagnoses missed in 2020 off of the expected baseline is huge.

There are clearly cancers that have gone undetected for a year because of the fear reaction and people staying away from doctors/hospitals.

It will probably take a decade, but it will all play out into an identifiable story with timing of deaths and the different causes.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was 90s or 2000s. But 2005 even crazier. We've lost all perspective on reality, and have created a fearful world that just isn't sustainable to reasonable, healthy living if most of those people don't snap out of it. Fortunately, some I know that were pretty hardcore lockdown, have been much more actives post vaccination. So think we will, but the most extreme will hang on as long as they can.

So my sister called to apologize today but she also told me that she and my BiL made the decision, that even though they're fully vaccinated, they will not be around people who have not been vaccinated while indoors.

They're also planning to get their 10 & 6 (7 in September) year old kids shot up as soon as possible. She was somewhat aghast that we're a hard "no" on vaccinating our kids who are basically the same age as hers any time soon and until there's a whole lot more data.

She was apologetic for the way she communicated her position before but kept going on about how they're following CDC guidelines and about the risks. I asked what she was worried about if she'd been vaccinated and was sure it worked- she reverted to CDC guidelines. I brought up the known, minuscule risks of actually being infected with or having covid to people in our general age group (I'm 44, she's 39) and the even smaller, infinitesimal risks to kids vs. the unknowns of the vaccines due to the lack of long-term data and it was like talking to a wall.

She and my BiL have quite clearly drunk a great deal of the FearAid on this.

It's not even that the wife and I are saying we're never going to get vaccinated. We just feel there's no real risk in waiting until there is far more data on the vaccines.

Tell her the CDC guidelines have changed with the wind, and have been proven wrong time and time again, and to start thinking for herself.

They're welcome to their positions but it sucks because we've always been a pretty close family and the kids are really close too. It just sucks for the kids most of all.
