Pretty sure they flooded during Harvey so get an upstairs unit.

Yeah I believe they've flooded several times.

They flood almost every big rain. That and you get stuck in the complex with most smaller floods. Spend a bit more money and move into that gigantic apartment complex down the street next to Little Buddy and Mango Beach.
