In a lawsuit filed in Harris County District Court this week, a woman alleges that a former employee of popular Houston bar Pub Fiction sexually assaulted her.

The suit, filed on May 2 by former Pub Fiction employee Nina Nguyen, alleges that Fidan Baca, a former "managing partner" in the bar, and Sean Kerrigan, a former bartender, sexually assaulted her in September 2016. Nguyen says that Baca and Kerrigan bought her drinks, then groped her before forcing her to perform oral sex while the three traveled to a club in an Uber.

In the complaint, Baca and Kerrigan are colorfully identified as "Scumbag #1" and "Scumbag #2," and the assault is described in graphic detail. "Scumbag #1 proceeded to remove his small ***** from his pants and forced Plaintiff to perform oral sex," the complaint reads. "Scumbag #2 also proceeded to remove his even smaller ***** from his pants and forced Plaintiff to perform oral sex. Plaintiff resisted."

The scumbug #2 with the "even smaller *****" apparently killed himself.

Good luck finding the Uber driver.

And one of the two perpetrators offed himself and the other fled the country.

Just eyeballing it, but the only real way to get value out of this lawsuit is to gin up enough bad press to get Pub Fiction's ownership to cough up some real coin to make it go away.

Wonder if they really "forced her" or if they "pressured" her (there's definitely a difference, although both wrong)...or maybe she was a willing participant at the time and later had regrets, was shamed by her friends, or saw a potential money grab?

You never know these days, sadly.

I guess the uber driver would probably know if two guys forcibly raped a woman in his ride.

Exactly. Although, out of curiosity, I would like to know what she considers "small". Once worked with a girl who would get drunk at HH and talk about how anything under 8" is "tiny". I certainly agree.

Yeah, posing in a skin tight dress in a provocative position on one of the booths at the place that allegedly provided the environment so that rapes could happen, and caused you to "live in shame and fear for three years", may not be the best idea.
