Not saying that everyone who tracks their cars also races illegally... but I'm guessing the cage and drag radials are a dead giveaway.

As a teenager I used to go watch street races off of Mesa Dr on the NE side back in the 90s and wondered how nobody died every time.

I'm so glad nobody got hurt during my stupidity of street racing in my youth.

Amarillo's long, straight streets were perfect for it all over town.

Same For my buddies and I on Rankin. My car was meh compared to my buddies Merc Capri that turned the quarter in 9.1 seconds. Looked a lot like that camaro except he knew how to keep it on the road.
