Path has shifted much more east today as well. More like New Orleans and head northwest from there

Yep, most everything I've seen has Florence just turning up into open water and heading north. Maybe it gets Bermuda, but doesn't look like any issue with the states.

Latest model runs have Florence getting closer to east coast, but most likely it is staying in the Atlantic

Fun fact: Bermuda was hit by Hurricane Florence in 2006, now 12 years later they get a second chance at Florence.
