I'm curious what others in FB County are seeing with their appraisals. Wanted to get a sense what the market was doing and if there was a chance to protest based off that. What did everyone get (area and %)?

Down 1% Sienna Plantation. But many in Sienna reporting very mixed results from up 10% to down 5%.

Didn't.

1 direct neighbor did. 7 people in neighborhood did.

Comparatively, we were water locked same as a buddy in Texana, and their appraisal went up a BUNCH.
