Forgive my ignorance on this matter. But I was always told there is a waiting list for season tickets to the HLSR. If so where can I get on the list? I've googled and can't find anything. Or if there isn't one where can I sign up?

Because the 2018 season ended just three weeks ago. It'll be a few months before the 2019 season information is posted. Hell, I think it's still officially the 2018 season in Rodeo right now. 2019 starts in a month or two.
