Hello? What in the world? How can a radio ad reach the target audience who has been accused of that.

The likely audience is the criminals (sister,mother,grandmother, lord knows his dad is not around) has a job, and is poor so she is listening to free radio on her way to/from work and hears this ad and recommends this lawyer.

Pretty simple

Cast a wide net, take some shaky at best cases and take all you can from your shady poor client and occasionally the other side. Sounds like the standard way to build a law practice.

I actually knew the guy years ago when our kids were at the same school. He is definitely quite a character
