Hopefully JJ knows better than that as the COH will just fund their services rather than directly to people in need.
That proposed percentage is more than double the current rate, correct? So basically he wants to double everyone's already rediculously high current property taxes? Most people won't be able to afford that.

The Feds are going to reimburse most of the costs listed in that article if not all. If there is a hole in the federal relief bill get it addressed. That is the mayor's job to lobby on our behalf.
