I just assumed having the road at lower grade than the bayou that this was expected....like that happens at the I10 feeder under BW8. Interesting. Hope it can stay open next time this happens.
Pretty amazing that this was done in 5 days also. Kudos to whoever greenlighted and fast tracked this project.
