Goodness, I cannot imagine being impaired enough to drive like that. Not proud of it, but in the past, there were times I was wasted and got behind the wheel...but I never found myself having any trouble staying in my lane or obeying traffic signals. I am wondering if it was more than alcohol...he didn't look THAT drunk to me when they pulled him out of his car.

First thought going through my mind though if I'm the guy following though is "does he have a weapon in there" I'm not sure I have the stones enough to approach the car like that guy did.

I know guys from my high school that are working on 7 or 8. They get a trip to the pen, then not long after do it again.
