I'm leaving in the morning to drive from Austin to be in Texas City by 10am. How long should I allow myself to drive through the tine from I10 to 45? Or maybe the beltway? I would normally allow myself 3 hours for the trip.

Cinco Ranch to Downtown is only 25 minutes in heavy traffic...so it shouldn't take you too much longer than that.
I am pretty sure people here have said Austin to Galveston can be done easily in 15 minutes. So should only take like 12 minutes if you are going to Texas City.
Yeah I don't know why I asked. should take less than 30.

It took 30 more minutes than it normally does. Got to Katy about 8:30. Waaaay better than Austin traffic! I was amazed that I was able to do 70 on I10 ITL. Worst part was the 45 south exit. Thanks for the help!
