I'm looking for a contractor to demo my existing 8' x 10' shed, take it away, and pour a same size pad for a new shed I'll put up in its place. I'm located in Bedford, but haven't been able to find someone willing to tackle this size job in the current market.

The people who put the shed in originally did it on the cheap, without a concrete pad, and the floor has rotted away which has made the shed unusable, so I'm looking to do this right, but don't have the time to do it myself.

You'll probably have more luck if you split up the demo and concrete work.

Randomly, we had a green house / shed about that same size. Our electrician had his guys remove it while they were here doing some basic electrical work.

Thus, I would agree with other poster to split up that work. I bet your lawn crew would do it if you use one.
