Thanks for the suggestion TM. Glenn came out about an hour ago and knocked out both my issues with a fair price. I caught him while he was in Frisco. Appreciate the help.

He's pretty much a one-man show so getting him out is not always easy, but we have used him for a few things and have been pleased. Glad he could take care of you.
