Don't freak out just yet. We had this happen in our house in Tyler. Is wasn't the dreaded black mold, just regular mold, even though it was black. We opened everything up, Sheetrock and all, and sprayed with a pump sprayer with about 25% bleach 75% water (if I remember correctly). We had fans running and let it air out. After a few days it was gone and we hit it again, then out everything back together again.
