June's Window Decor in Carrollton. She did our whole home remodel. Great to work with and very reasonably priced.
Have thought about this myself - what type of pricing ballpark is this sort of thing? Our house is 2 stories with something like 15-17 windows. 6 of those are the double-width ones, the rest are the standard 3 ft widths or so....

Based on what we spent I think you're looking at somewhere in the middle of your estimate.
