Are they no longer permitted to? How does the City/County handle this sort of situation?

I legally have to occupy my place on Friday. Spoke to my new landlord before the order was made, but I have to move out of my place in North Carolina. I have no other option.

Other states are considering this essential. Because frankly, it is.

I didn't see anything that restricted move ins in the order. Nor did I see an exception.

Luckily I have a single landlord and don't have to deal with a corporate situation that probably has closed down their office.

Guys, let's use some logic here. Who is going to enforce these "rules?" Do you think the police are going to waste their time on this?
