Both good suggestions above. Others to consider is Ida Clare, Lupe Tortilla, Mersero, or Meso Maya.

Houston's would be my #1. Get a reservation through the app Rezy, or be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes.

Remington's Seafood Grill is a nice quiet spot, not too pricey and great seafood. Perfect spot for business lunch.
