Independent broker able to shop the best coverage and rate.

I haven't shopped that hard but I've been happy with the service from Liere. They are (or were) a sponsor of TexAgs.

I don't know about how competitive their rates are but I've had USAA since college and the claims process is super easy. No issues on either of the claims on my wife's car and then had a big hail damage claim this past spring and they gave me a ton of money quickly and I pocketed enough extra to make up for any overage in rates I may have been paying.
