Need to get a couple things done around the house so looking for company / people (handyman) recommendations:
1) Siding Repair - A couple pieces of our bottom pieces of siding are showing their age after years of rain, etc. Would like to get them switched out but not wanting to replace entire house. 3 or 4 pieces max.
2) Chimney Flashing - The flashing is damanged and needs to be replaced. I dont want some company coming and telling me i need to replace the mortar, etc. Just want the flashing done.
