Mom is looking to move back to FW after 45 years. She grew up in Tanglewood, was a Colonial girl, went to Paschall... you know typical FW girl. She needs to be closer to her 93 yo dad, but she splits her time between TX and the UK.

Any leads on something less corporate than 7th Street and less TCU student housing would be appreciated.

Have her check into T&P Lofts downtown--it's condos with some rentals. It's a nice mix of older folks and young people. We split time between FW and our lake place, so the no upkeep condo life has appeal. Plus taking the train to the airport from here is really nice.

Call Zach Overturff at League Realty. He and his wife, Noelle, flip houses in the River district, and they've got some great places. I think their personal house might even have a garage apartment that might be available.
