A good friend is moving to the Rockwall area from New York. They have a daughter that will be a 1st grader in the 2019-2020 school year. Suggestions on good schools, especially any that have a dual language program.

Not sure on dual language, but pretty much all of the elementary schools in Rockwall are very good.

Our daughters are at Hartman and we love it - great staff and admin.

Prepare your friend for swinger party invites, or an eventual divorce and then the dating scene of Rockwall and finding women at Samee's....
