Went here for the first time with the rib and the offspring and it was absolutely amazing. Felt like being in Italy. Anything and everything you could want Italian cooking, from DOP San Marzano's, deli meats and cheeses, anchovies, wine selection, EVERYTHING. Sandwiches are really good as well. On a side note, the girl that rang us up was an Aggie.

Definitely worth the short trip from Richardson as we will be back, frequently.

I think it's been discussed on here before, but it's worth another post! Best pizza dough I've found in Dallas. Been meaning to hit up one of their wine tastings.

Less than a mile from my house and I won't buy Italian stuff anywhere else. The meatball and Italian beef sandwiches are as good as it gets!

Their pre-made frozen pizzas are also really good, for ~$10. I will get a sausage one and dress it up a little with some mushrooms, bell peppers and/or olives (they have a tiny fresh produce section as well). Really good frozen lasagna too.

Seems like you used to be able to easily pop in on a Saturday, but with all the new development that has sprung up around in the last few years, it has been packed the past few times I've been on a weekend.

Cool spot, great sausages. Italian sandwiches (cold cuts) are average and need work. Hot subs are good, meat market is very good overall.

The only time I was there, had the Philly Roast Pork sandwich- and as someone who lived several years in Philly, I was very disappointed. That being said, their other stuff does look good and it's a pretty unique store for this area- so I won't give up on it

Without a doubt the prettiest pizza I've ever made, and for the least amount of effort! For $2 each, I know where I'm buying my dough from now on.

Is the pizza dough frozen (made somewhere else) or do they make it in house?

The dough is frozen, but it looks like it's made by them.
