We have numerous small items that need repair (trash pull-out, re-anchor some can lights, repair an interior door jamb and frame, redo a back porch, spackle and repaint some cracks, etc.).

Does anyone have a good rec for a small jobs contractor or a handyman? We've used one a couple of years ago that was okay, but was hoping we could find a bit better.

Joe Moore-Great guy and does an excellent job. I know he gets pretty busy though so likely will need to give him a few weeks notice.
