We did. We are coming back. Just got under contract in Moss Haven. We had Ida come look at one on Vistadale that fell through. This one is great though.

Out of curiosity, how much did 3719 end up selling for? I assume she gave it to you as a comp. we offered but couldn't get a deal done.

I believe it sold at $540. It needed a lot of updates and The new owners are making those right now. It is a little bigger as well and sold well below some of the other comps in the area in terms of $/sqft.

Well I mean there can be multiple winners and split jackpots and you can all get into a bidding war on my house....but those odds are pretty slim. I'd be happy with just one!
