I own a townhouse on the east side of downtown Dallas, just north of deep ellum and south of greenville, and I'm looking for a roommate. It's a 2 bed 2-1/2 bath with a small back yard and a 2 car garage. I'm a 28 year old dude. I work, watch sports, and drink booze, and don't smoke. I also have a pool table in the house.
