The Cake Guys. Wife and I used them. It was phenomenal. Everyone we know who has used them has been more than pleased.
Haute Sweet Patesserie. Northwest Highway and Ferndale in Lake Highlands. Incrediable looking cakes that taste amazing. Saw them working on a wedding cake with scales/leaves that was like nothing I've seen before.

Second cake guys. Used them 13 years ago, greatness. Were very reasonably priced back then too, may be more in line with silly prices others charge by now though.

+1. This is who my husband and I used. We LOVED our cakes. We had a traditional wedding cake and a badass grooms cake that they helped us design. The tasting session was fantastic. They also gave us a fresh tier on our first anniversary in exchange for some professional photos of our cakes.

I third the Cake Guys - fantastic wedding and groom's cake for us in '05. They actually baked and sealed a 2nd layer for us to freeze - was just as delicious a year later on our first anniversary.
