Shes got her BSN, been working on the transplant ICU for 1.5 years and is struggling to find open positions in areas she's interested in.

Her current floor doesn't offer much support, shes stacked with 5 patients every shift, and the stress is really beginning to take a toll on her.

I'm just trying to help her find an open RN position in her area's that she likes (Cardiac and Maternal/Babies)

I just started a new job doing chemo & other infusions at a clinic, so not looking for anything new. I did inpatient hospice for 8 years but since that was my only job, I found I wasn't very marketable. Thankfully I got this opportunity, which is very different from what I was doing & it is a lot of fun.

An outpatient surgery center would be awesome when I am ready for another job.
