What are the last days of school in DFW? We (group of adults) typically try to do a trip to Six Flags prior to schools letting out for the summer but as close to that date so all the rides are open.

Arlington - 6/2
Dallas - 6/1
Frisco - 6/2
Plano - 6/2

Wylie is 5/25. We are planning 6 flags for the 30th. Our kids have never been. We (parents) haven't been in 8 years or so and good gracious when did it get so expensive?

Was at Six Flags on Tuesday. What an ass whooping. Extremely large school groups as far as the eye could see, with only about half of the stuff open. Lines for concessions were especially brutal.

We are planning on going on Friday 6/2 so hopefully schools will be out or on their last day. Based upon responses, it looks like half the schools will be out and half will be on their last day. Hopefully this will avoid the school field trips overload. I could not find anywhere on the Six Flags website stating that some rides are not operating during the school year and when do they return to all operating. I'm assuming since many schools will be out by 6/2, they will consider that a full operations day.

I think the flash pass is a no brainer. It's $65 on top of the $60 park entrance for the flash pass that cuts the wait time by 50% and you don't have to wait in line.

Plano, call ahead. to check their calendar They also have a summer kickoff celebration with DJs and other crap going on that draws out a bunch of teens who have a season pass. It is one of the worst days to visit the park.

It's the only day we can do it. Keeping fingers crossed.
