I'm under contract to buy a house in Grapevine and would like to see if y'all can help me out with some recs for some work before we move in. We take possession of the house June 4th. We'd like to paint the cabinets (adjust and potentially add some hardware to the doors), paint baseboards, and paint a couple rooms as well as possibly refinish the banister on the stairs. Would be great if it was all the same person, but it doesn't have to be.

We worked with Raul Barraza at Platinum Painting about 18 mos ago in Colleyville. They performed similar work to what you're wanting done (painted 2 bedrooms, painted baseboards/trim in 3 bedrooms, and refinished our wooden front door). Did a great job in a reasonable time (day and a half) and were very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use then again.
