That's a killer area...I'm sure it won't last too long before someone will tear it down and build something in its place.

You can still buy land cheaper than what this is listed for in Southlake.

I should have bought here when I bought my last house. This place has to have doubled in price in the last few years.

$700k and will get gutted by the next owner. So glad I bought here three years ago.
