Getting killed by allergies this year, as is my fiance. Anyone have a recommendation for favorite sinus relief/allergy medication over the counter?

Zyrtec. I've taken it daily for about eight years. Keeps everything pretty much in check, but still have occasional Mildly bad days.

Been using Zyrtec and still felt bad yesterday. Trying Flonase today, so far so good.

Flonase. Wife taken it for 3 years after nothing was working and been good since

I may have to give it a shot as this has been my worst allergies ever by a long shot this year

Anyone recommend an ENT or Allergist? I hit my deductible last month so might as well get clinically checked. That emoticon is basically what I look like on a daily basis.

I would continue to use both Flonase and Zyrtec. You could also try doing a sinus flush/rinse everyday. It takes nasal steroids like Flonase about 2 weeks to get to maximum relief, FYI.

I used a Dr. Richard Jaeckle for years. No idea if he is still practicing but he was cutting edge and really really good.
