Looking at planning an event for 10 families over a weekend in the summer. Does anyone know of places to explore that have cabins, outdoor activities, trails, maybe zip lines, restaurants or food nearby too? Ideally each family would have a cabin or hotel like type room and things to do. We'll likely only have 1 or 2 events for everyone to do together but the rest of the time people would be free to do whatever they wish. Would like to stay within 2 hours of Dallas.

It's on the outer limits of your preference, but it meets most of your criteria and is a great place to visit. They have all kinds of recreational activities, like shooting, fishing, zip line, etc.

You might look into broken bow Oklahoma. Lots of cabins and hiking, fishing, zip line and canoeing. Not a bunch of food options but there are some good spots.
