Anyone else eat there?

Was supposed to go last night for my fathers 69th birthday on Sunday. He fell ill so we cancelled, but we found out that Sunday was their last night.

Been going once a month for my entire life. Parents going since they have been married (45 years).

Going to miss that place...

I know, it was incredible. Been going there for 17 years. We went there on Valentine's last week, and Channel 8 WFAA was taping a special on Pietro. Going to miss that place.

The first restaurant our family discovered after we moved here in '77. We didn't go out to eat much but my dad loved that place. That was our comfort food. Haven't been in years, but sorry they're gone.

Used to LOVE that place.

Eggplant Parmesan was a favorite of mine from there.

All good things come to an end I suppose. They had a good run.
