We're coming in from out of town to go to the NFC championship game (assuming Cowboys win this weekend). Game tickets purchased.

Where should we stay that weekend? Where will feel the most buzz for the game?

I would look in Downtown Dallas or Ft Worth.

Hotel Tonight app has the Crescent for $225 or the NYLO for $170 Saturday night in Dallas. Seems like a pretty good.

Ft Worth looks pretty booked up.

I'd go Ashton in Ft Worth. That whole scene is definitely more 817 centric.

Belmont Hotel on I-30. Good restaurant (Smoke) and bar, unique hotel, not like a Hilton or Marriott. Can be had for < $200 per night, and it's right off of I-30, and before Downtown Dallas, so you can avoid the cluster of traffic.

Additionally, it's a $5 uber to Bishop Arts and Trinity Groves, if you want some cool restaurant options.

I'd assume he will get a refund on the NFC Championship tickets (since Cowboys will not be hosting)... So it's really just the hotel he's stuck with.

Stubhub will refund 100%.
