My mom and sister are coming up to Dallas to visit the wife and I for Thanksgiving. We live in a small one bedroom, so we're looking to do something fun with them out and about Thanksgiving day, preferable free or cheap.

Turkey Trot - the 5k/10k run....watch or join.

not much is open that i'm aware of....this list is kid oriented but several are fun for all....but you'd have to check which are open on T-giving.

I know the Arboretum is closed T-giving day unfortunately. that would be a good one with their 12 days of Christmas.
