Sorry besides counting the cars in the parking lot I dont know anything.
I will mention that after speaking with a couple of friends that work in the grocery business, they dont expect anything to happen (grocery store-wise) in the Sun Fresh location anytime soon. Their opinion was that the retail floor space is pretty small compared to relative stores and the stand alone building makes maintenance expenses higher. When I mentioned the possibility of that crappy Kroger moving into the space (better parking lot!) they said that Kroger likely has no incentive to move. Besides a lock of competition, the bad parking lot is likely making customers come and pick up one-off high margin products (toiletries, cereal, prepared foods). Of course this was months ago (just around the time the Kroger renovated maybe?) so I'm sure things have changed.
