No suggestion in your area but I have a funny story about my little one. Ever since his first haircut I've told him to develop a rapport with his barber so he can just sit in the chair and get a nice cut. I guess I've really made an impression on him because the last time we got haircuts the chair next to our barber was open so I asked him to go sit down and get his hair cut. He looked at me and said, "no daddy, Jerry cuts my hair. Let's stick with what works".
I guess the moral of my story is to set your kid up with a different barber to save time.
