I had a huge portion of my backyard done and while I got mine done for about $6.50/ft the guy we used was very unreliable. End product turned out fine but he was constantly late and unresponsive. I think most companies do it for around $10/ft depending on how much fill they need to bring in.

Haven't used them but I know the guy over at Lawn Pop and he's a great guy. If I were looking I'd get a quote from him at least.
