Tried Franklin for the first time Saturday. Significantly better than anything I've ever had, and I've had a lot.

The sides were "meh" but who really cares about that.

I've followed him around all the places too, although oddly enough, never hit the Georgetown location before it closed. I am in RR, so Granger is not a big haul for me. May try to get out there this weekend, assuming my schedule permits.
Funny enough we camped at Wilson Fox Park last weekend and headed into Taylor for Louie Mueller's then to Granger City Brewing. Wish I would have know they had BBQ there! Either way, it was still fun taking the boys to an old school central TX staple.

BTW, the brewery was cool but they were literally out of everyone one of their house beers. Bummer.

Going to Creedmore on Saturday to check out my buddy's new BBQ trailer... Estrada's Texas BBQ... Then Sunday heading for a return visit to check out the new Akaushi brisket at 2M.
