Christian at Convict Hill Floor Covering. She's an Aggie, brutally honest and not the cheapest you will find but she has good relationships with her subs and does quality work.

Mike Saucedo - not gonna be the cheapest but he will be able to communicate and actually perform. Times are good right now... good contractors hard to find. He's done a lot of work for me across a couple remodels and insurance work.
